Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using GeoSpy PRO ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

To use GeoSpy PRO, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or sanctions.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any analyses conducted and cases created through the platform.

GeoSpy PRO is an AI-powered visual intelligence platform that provides:

• Image Geolocation: Automated prediction of geographic coordinates from photographic imagery using multi-agent AI pipelines.
• Forensic Analysis: Visual clue extraction including OCR, architectural style identification, vegetation analysis, and cultural markers.
• Case Management: Organizational tools for grouping analyses into classified cases with log entries and export capabilities.
• Interactive Mapping: 2D tactical and 3D globe visualization of analysis results with cluster metrics.

Access to the Platform is subject to usage limits determined by your subscription plan. Each plan defines daily analysis quotas that are enforced automatically. Exceeding these limits will result in temporary restriction of analysis capabilities until the next billing cycle.

• Free-tier accounts are subject to reduced daily analysis limits and feature restrictions.
• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis per the terms at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to modify plan pricing and features with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Stalk, harass, threaten, or conduct non-consensual surveillance of any individual.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform or its AI models.
• Circumvent usage limits, authentication mechanisms, or rate-limiting controls.
• Upload illegal content, child exploitation material, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without explicit authorization.

The Platform, including its AI models, user interface, source code, APIs, and documentation, is the exclusive property of GeoSpy PRO Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all images you upload. By uploading an image, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store the image solely for the purpose of delivering the geolocation service to you.

Analysis Output: The results generated by our AI (coordinates, clues, forensic reports) are provided to you for your use. We retain no proprietary claim over the analysis output delivered to your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GeoSpy PRO Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on geolocation predictions.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to GeoSpy PRO during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked.
• You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
• After 30 days, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent in-app notification at least 30 days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
