Refund & Cancellation Policy
We strive for complete transparency regarding subscription fees and high-intensity AI compute consumption. This document outlines your rights regarding refunds, billing adjustments, and plan cancellations.
AI Compute & Token Billing
Unlike standard SaaS platforms where server overhead is negligible, GeoSpy PRO executes intensive multi-agent neural network analyses and high-resolution computer vision pipelines for every single image scanned. Each geolocation query directly consumes dedicated GPU compute tokens and third-party vision model bandwidth.
Compute Cost Realities
Because AI compute resources are irrevocably expended the moment an image analysis is processed, we cannot recover or un-burn tokens once an investigative scan has successfully completed.
7-Day Refund Eligibility
We offer a **7-day money-back guarantee** for newly purchased PRO or ELITE subscription tiers, provided the following criteria are met:
- Minimal Token Consumption: You have executed fewer than 5 total image analysis queries since the start of your subscription cycle.
- Timely Request: Your formal refund request is submitted within exactly seven (7) calendar days of the initial charge.
- First-Time Subscriber: The refund guarantee applies only to first-time upgrades, not recurring renewals or subsequent account reactivations.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
To protect our infrastructure against compute exhaustion attacks and financial abuse, refunds will not be granted under any of the following conditions:
- High Quota Consumption: You have consumed more than 5 image analysis credits during your current billing period.
- Late Submissions: Requests submitted on or after day 8 of the subscription term.
- Expected AI Variance: Requests based solely on the AI predicting an approximate or regional coordinate rather than a precise street address on highly ambiguous, featureless images.
- Terms Violations: Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., stalking, harassment, or automated scraping).
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your recurring monthly or annual subscription at any time directly from the Tactical Workspace under **Settings → Billing & Subscription → Cancel Plan**.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain fully active until the end of the current prepaid billing cycle. You will retain access to your PRO/ELITE daily quotas and historical forensic dossiers through the final day of your billing period. No further recurring charges will be processed.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Strict Dispute Protocol
We strongly encourage you to contact our billing support desk before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are always willing to resolve legitimate billing discrepancies promptly.
If an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute is initiated while compute tokens have been consumed on your account, our automated fraud prevention system will immediately suspend the associated account and blacklist the originating IP address and payment profile from future access across all GeoSpy PRO services.
Requesting a Refund
If you meet the 7-day eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please submit a formal dispatch to our billing operations desk:

- Required Information: Include your registered account email, your Stripe transaction ID (from your receipt), and the reason for your refund request.
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your banking institution.
